Change-of-mind return requests may be accepted within 30 days from the date the item was received, provided the return request is started within that period. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

Once return instructions are provided, the return must be shipped back within 7 days. Vacuum-packed items such as tatami rugs, play couches, and play mats cannot be returned once expanded, as they cannot reasonably be repacked and returned in their original condition. Please check sizes and colors carefully before opening or expanding these items.
