Little Nation products come with a 12-month warranty from the date your item was delivered.

The warranty is designed to cover manufacturing faults that occur under normal use. All warranty requests need to be reviewed before we can confirm whether an issue is covered or what the outcome will be.

If a fault is confirmed, we will aim to resolve the issue with the most appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may be a replacement part, a replacement product, or another suitable solution after review.

If the item appears unsafe, damaged, unstable, or not working correctly, please stop using it straight away while we review the issue. If it has not been assembled yet and you notice a possible fault or damage, please do not continue assembling it until we have checked the details.
