Can I change my delivery address?

We’re generally unable to change delivery addresses once an order has been placed.

Orders are processed immediately after payment is made, so they move quickly through our system.

What should I do?

If you’ve entered the wrong address:

• Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number

• We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t guaranteed

If your order has already been shipped

• We’re unable to update the address

• You may need to contact the courier directly once tracking is available
