Orders begin processing as soon as payment is completed, so we are normally unable to edit an order or add items after it has been placed. If you have made a mistake or forgot to add something, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the item or change you need reviewed.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change order details, including adding items, changing products, changing colors, changing sizes, or combining orders. If your order has already shipped, you may need to place a new order for the additional item.
