Can I edit or add anything to my order?

We’re generally unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed, as they are processed immediately after payment is made.

This means we can’t guarantee updates such as:

  • Changing items

  • Adding products

  • Updating quantities

  • Editing shipping details

What can I do instead?

If you need something different, we recommend:

  • Placing a new order with the correct items

  • Returning the original order once it arrives (if eligible under our returns policy)

If your order was placed very recently, you can contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help — but changes aren’t guaranteed.
