How do I cancel my order?

We are generally unable to cancel orders, as they are processed immediately after payment is made.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. While we’ll always try to help, we can’t guarantee cancellation once the order has been placed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped

• It cannot be cancelled

• You can return the item once it arrives (if eligible under our returns policy)
