Orders begin processing as soon as payment is completed, so cancellations are normally not possible once an order has been placed.

If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. In rare cases, we may be able to review the request before the order is processed or dispatched, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the order details or cancel the order. If the order has already been delivered, you may be able to request a return, provided it meets the return conditions.
