If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please first check around your property, including your front door, mailbox, side entrance, garage, and any safe places.

Please also check with household members or nearby neighbours in case the parcel was accepted or placed nearby.

If you still cannot locate it, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can review this further.
