What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your item arrives damaged

Please send us:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Do not assemble the item if it appears damaged, as this may affect your claim.

Once we review your case, we’ll provide a solution — this may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund depending on the issue.


If your package is lost

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • We’ll investigate with the courier

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
