If your tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your property, including your front door, mailbox, side entrance, garage, and any safe places.
Please also check with household members or nearby neighbours in case the parcel was accepted or placed nearby.
If you still cannot locate it, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can review it further.
If the parcel or item arrived damaged, please send your order number, clear photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging if the packaging was also damaged.
