What is your warranty policy?

All Little Nation products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that occur under normal use.

What’s not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly

  • Damage from incorrect assembly

  • Damage from weather exposure or lack of maintenance


Trampolines

Trampolines include an extended warranty, which varies by component.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

We’ll review your claim and provide a solution — this may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate resolution.
