Where is my order?

Once you place your order, here’s what to expect:

Order processing

Orders are processed immediately after payment is made, so they move quickly through our system.

Shipping & tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email

  • You can use this link to follow your delivery progress

Haven’t received tracking yet?

  • Check your junk or spam folder

  • Tracking is usually sent shortly after dispatch


Tracking not updating?

It’s normal for tracking to take a little time to update after dispatch. If there’s no movement after a few days, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it.


Marked as delivered but not received?

  • Check around your property and safe places

  • Ask household members or neighbours

  • Review any delivery notes in your tracking

If you still can’t locate your order, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.
