Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

It’s normal for tracking to take some time to update after your order has been shipped.

Common reasons

  • The parcel is in transit between facilities

  • The courier hasn’t scanned the item yet

  • Updates are delayed during busy periods

In most cases, tracking will update within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


What should I do?

  • Wait a short time and check again

  • Review your tracking link for any delivery notes


Still no updates?

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll look into it with the courier.
