Unfortunately, it is not possible to schedule a specific date or time for a delivery.

Our couriers usually deliver orders between 9am and 5pm, from Monday to Friday, they don't normally operate over the weekend or on Public Holidays.

For some items, however, you will receive an email from our courier when the item leaves the warehouse that lets you manage your deliveries and make last-minute changes.

Some smaller parcels will be delivered to your address without a signature and will be left in a safe place, but others may be directed to your local post office for collection if you're not available to sign for a package.

If you will not be available to sign for a larger delivery, you may leave a written 'Authority To Leave' for the driver, granting permission for the goods to be left without a signature if no one is home to receive it. Please bear in mind, however, that providing Authority To Leave will waive any delivery protection and you would need to follow up directly with the courier for assistance if anything were to happen to the unattended package.

Please also note that failure to collect your package from the courier may result in the item being returned to us, which can incur a re-delivery or re-stocking fee.

Wherever possible, we suggest using an address where someone will be present to sign for a delivery, such as your place or work or a friend or family member's home.
