BB21 - The clamps do not tighten enough and the seat or handlebars twist and fall down. Print

1. Please ensure the gap of the clamp lines up with the largest gap of the post.

2. Then release the quick release lever and tighten with your fingers as much as you can.

3. Then re clip the quick release lever.

If you have more issues, please use an allen key to tighten the clamp
